Sometimes you can feel like you’re doing everything right… but still something goes wrong.
Like the other morning.
Alarm goes off at 4:15am.
Tiptoeing around so I don’t wake the 1-year-old asleep in the corner.
Clothes ready. Charger in my pocket. Quiet as a mouse…
Until the charger wire wraps around the wardrobe handle and… BANG
Luckily, the baby stayed asleep (small win there).
But here’s the funny thing…
On the run to the studio, I noticed how much easier it felt.
Why? Because I wasn’t carrying my usual bag.
Sometimes we don’t realise how much progress we’re making until we take a load off.
Do something we have not done in a while.
AKA For me, it was running without a bag on my back…
^^ which is pretty heavy with my laptop, chargers, 2l bottle of water, and my daily supply of mackerel…

1)Wear a backpack on a walk / run…

3)Take calls/emails while walking to get those steps up..
