Fermented whey protein powder?

I’ve been seeing lots of hype recently about fermented whey protein…

“Is it better than normal whey?”

“Will it make a big difference?”

I looked into the research — and while fermented whey does slightly change the amino acid profile (which are the building blocks of protein), the differences in results were minimal.

For example?

– Slightly stronger grip strength on one side after 8 weeks

– Slightly better back muscle strength after 8 weeks

Statistically significant, but in real life? Not so much.

Here’s the truth:

It’s not whether you choose fermented whey or normal whey…

It’s whether you’re consistently hitting your protein target in the first place.
