I snoozed the alarm on Monday…

So here’s how my Monday started:

Alarm goes off at 4:15am.
Plan = Go for a run.
Reality = Snoozed.

Now—did I fall off the bandwagon?
No…

I just made a decision in the moment that felt easier.

I snoozed. I scrolled a bit. 

I delayed.

But here’s the thing…

It wasn’t a failure.
It was a choice.
A more convenient one at that moment.

And when it came to “getting back on track” once I finally got up 45 minutes later..
I didn’t beat myself up.
I didn’t try to overcompensate.

I just adjusted.

Did some strength work instead. Shorter, but intense. Still ticked the box

And that’s the difference.

Because most people don’t “fall off” the wagon.

They just stop planning…(And here’s the twist)

They don’t plan because that way, they don’t have to see if they have failed.

But here’s the harsh truth:
By not planning, you’re failing anyway.

That’s exactly why at Fruci Fit we focus on the 3Fs:

So you always have a plan.
Even when life throws curveballs and gets in the way.

Yes, it’s scary to say,


“I’m going to do this.”
“I’m going to stick to this.”

Because if we don’t… it feels like we’ve failed.
