New to pilates? Start here

Whether you’ve never stepped on a mat before or you’re looking to ease back in, this one-off Intro to Pilates session is the perfect place to begin building your confidence. We will cover the basic principles of form & technique, as well as looking into progressions of basic moves covering the full body, aiming to introduce you to the world of Pilates – at your pace:

  • Improving posture
  • Building core strength
  • Boosting flexibility & balance
  • Moving with more control and confidence

In true Fruci Fit fashion, it’s not about touching your toes…

It’s about taking the first step.

We also have our Swiss Ball Pilates Workshop on Friday 13th June 10am – 11am 

This fun Swiss Ball Pilates Workshop will not only increase balance & stability, but will also tone the whole body, while developing control and strength in the abdominal and back muscles. This session will work the entire body, but will have more of a direct focus on the core area.
