Finding the time to exercise ..
It is something I get a lot from the ladies on our 28 Day Kickstart programme.
And I get this.
Having 3 kids (not me, personally, my wife gave birth to them)
I’ve noticed just how precious time is…
BUT
On the other hand
I’ve never been so productive in my life…
Because if I’m not?
I miss out on spending time with my family…
(I don’t need much more motivation than that)..
So what’s my advice?
Well, like I have always shared whether working with people with diabetes in the NHS and Public Health..
Or personal training at Fruci Fit…
Think 1% better..
For me?
The problem with ‘finding time’ is that we often think we need more time than we have to progress…
Forgetting that one positive step today?
Could be 37 times better in a year from now …
if you just got 1% better today..
And sure,
You might think
“What’s the point?”
“I want to make the most of it”
“I will start when I have more time”
But consider this:
Are you looking to make a change that lasts?
A change that is sustainable?
I hope so.
And if yes..
My question for you is
“Will you ever be busy again?”
And the answer is probably YES…
Which leads me to this:
Isn’t it better to start when you are busy?
So you can develop a plan that you can do or even maintain
On your busiest most stressful day.
It is something we talk about a lot at Fruci Fit.
In fact, Tanya spoke about this here
