No, it’s not about how many people grab their phone straight after waking up (it is probably more than 76% of people who do that…and think of the time wasted? In fact, it is something i have been working on in 2025 to protect my energy as I often waste 20 minutes in the morning when I could be working out)
So what am I talking about?
Well, the data suggests that despite setting great intentions this year to be healthier and fitter?
76% of people have already given up..
Which means just 24% are still trying (quick maths)
Suggesting that you’re either
In the 24% and still going 🙂

OR
You’re in the 76% of people who have given up.. Or haven’t even started yet..
And I get it..
This is HARD..
It’s simple but it is HARD.
Which is why we are so big on the accountability
To 3 things that need to be balanced: Food, Fitness and Focus.
Think of this like a stool.
If one is a bit off?
The whole thing topples over.
How do I know?
Well, not only from working with 1000s of people at Fruci Fit, Public Health and the NHS..
But also from ME…
I get carried away soooo often.
And neglect ME..
Skip the workouts..
Go to bed late (which is dangerous as I will always get up early anyway)
Skip journalling
Skip meditation
Lose focus
Start scrolling on my phone again
^^ more energy wasted
And it is a viscous cycle.
All of a sudden, you ‘feel’ busy, tired, anxious, and overwhelmed.
It’s why we simplify this stuff down to 3 things:
Food, Fitness and Focus..
And prioritise ACTION..
Not pretending to know what the BEST diet is for you (as there is no way of knowing this despite what the gimmicks tell you about your blood sugar levels and bacteria in your poop)
It is actually about being consistent and persistent with:
Food → We meet you where you are right now. It is not a cookie cutter plan. We prefer to look at the “low hanging fruit”, whether that is your protein intake? Your water? Your calories? Your snacking? Or even just doing what you already know…
Fitness → Our small group women only workouts allow you to work at your pace. No confusing equipment and boring machines, we get you moving and get you stronger with coach led sessions with our amazing team, who make sure your form is on point, you’re motivated and getting the results you want (as long as you show up and meet us half way)
Focus → The neglected F this one…somethign for you that gives you energy or protects your energy. For me, it could be having a bath, reading a book, exercise, journaling, meditation. And I don’t do all of these. Pick ONE. Be consistent and be persistent. I love seeing people get results from doing less than they think
