If you didn’t know, we also offer specific yoga and pilates programmes alongside our signature 28 Day Kickstart. 

We have 2 weeks to go until our 6-Week Pilates and Yoga Programmes starting in the Fruci Fit Wellness Studio (next door to the Fruci Fit Marlborough Studio).

Here are the details:

Starting Tuesday 25th February for 2 weeks:

Intro To Pilates 10am: 

Aimed at those who have some previous fitness experience, but who may not have tried Pilates before, and want to see what it’s all about! 

We will cover the basic principles of form & technique, as well as look at some intermediate progressions – with an aim to introduce you to the world of Pilates, and discover the benefits of strength, flexibility, core strength, balance & posture. Each week will explore a different area of the body.

Pilates for Beginners 1215pm:

This program is focused on those who would like to begin their Pilates practice, starting at it’s most basic level. Could also be suitable for those who may have done some Pilates before but would like to take a step back and rediscover the basics. 

This beginners program will focus on low intensity level options for a range of different areas of the body, offering a chance to progress with suitable modifications. Designed to demonstrate the benefits of Pilates including strength, flexibility, core strength, balance & posture at a low intensity level.

Starting Friday 28th February for 6-weeks:

Yoga For Beginners 10am:

Specifically crafted for those who wish to begin their Yoga practice, or for those who have some previous experience, but want to bring their practice back to basics.

The aim of this program is to build up the foundations of yoga practice over 4 weeks to gain confidence with the basics of breath-led, movement, alignment and mind to body connection. The benefits include building strength and flexibility as well as relaxation and stress relief.

Pilates For Improvers 1215pm:

Suitable for those who have done Pilates before, and are therefore already familiar with the basics, and who feel ready to take their practice to the next level. We will begin by reinforcing the basic fundamental principles of form, technique & alignment, before moving into some intermediate level Pilates. Designed to continue to improve strength, flexibility, core strength, balance & posture. 

All equipment required will be provided.
