“I know it already”

That is exactly what went through my mind..

When, despite doing 4 years studying at Loughborough University and getting a Masters degree…

To go on to specialise in nutrition, studying an MSc in Human Nutrition at Oxford Brookes University..

I was told I needed A level Chemistry…

So I could either..

A ) not specialise in nutrition << which I really wanted to do

B ) go back to college and do Chemistry A Level…5 years after leaving Sixth Form..

Must admit, if it wasn’t for Mrs Fruci asking me the right questions that day

I would have chosen A)…

I had a good job offer..

And the thought of going back to college, after spending the last 4 years at Loughborough University?

WOW..

But the thing is, I look back now and, despite that being hard, remember the fun times…

The challenges

Working in London in football, whilst personal training, and studying Chemistry

To then studying in Oxford, personal training,

Volunteering in Public Health

Working in Public Health..

Working in the NHS, all whilst personal training..

This was all hard work..

But I look back now and think nothing of it.

Why am I sharing this?

3 reasons.

  1. If you know what to do already and are NOT getting results? This is exactly why you SHOULD join Fruci Fit. Knowing and not doing is as good as not knowing.
  2. If you know what to do already but are not getting results, is that what you do know, is not so? I say that because some of the people out there on Instagram giving health advice aren’t always giving scientific advice, but advice heaped in bias, take the Glucose Goddess and Zoe diet. Sure, some of what they say has some truth, but other things are simply promoting eating disorder like behaviours.. (more on that another day)
  3. It is going to be HARD…but your comfort zone is probably the silent, slow killer. In fact, I wouldn’t be writing this today had I stayed in my comfort zone..scary thought.

Our 28 Day Kickstart is now open. If you would like to join us? Message me with ‘Kickstart’ and I will get you the details

This is specifically for women 40+, 50+, 60+, and 70+ who pretty much know what to do but need the plan and accountability to do it.
