- What advice would you give to your friend who was feeling like that?

And remember, this is not something that you just do once…
It is not a magic trick …
This is just one step towards increasing your awareness
And feeling in control of food.
As it is not always about the food…
But making the choice that makes you HAPPY.
Not about saying
“I will never drink that mid morning Deluxe Hot Chocolate and cake again”
But about CHOOSING not to have it or CHOOSING to have it.
That is the difference.
Choice.
No one is saying you cannot have anything.
After all, we are adults.
Everything we do has benefits and consequences…
