Hit the “F it” button if it’s not perfect?

What if the thing you thought was the mess up wasn’t actually a mess up?

And what if you’ve just stopped there and enjoyed it? Would that make it part of the plan? And what if you could still get results doing the thing that you think is a mess up?

Because what often happens is we are not perfect so instead of being a little bit of track, we think, we might as well jump off the bandwagon

Or maybe even worse?

We just get frustrated and stressed that the weight isn’t coming off as quickly as it came on.

^^ this won’t get you any quicker

But something that might help is having a range target. I’ve done a video explaining this with calories but you could do it with anything whether you’re tracking points or portions.
