What if I’m not fit enough?
Great, that’s more of reason to start.
It’s why we focus on the three legs of the stool
Giving you a food habit, a fitness habit, and a focus habit.
And you are probably thinking, what are they? What are you going to tell me to do?
And this is where it always depends on you.
We have a one-to-one at the start because what works for one person might not work for another.
For example, you might compare yourself to someone else and compare your results to someone else but that’s not how it works.
Their lifestyle is probably different to yours, right?
But one thing I know for sure is that putting it off for longer won’t get you fitter any quicker.
The key part?
Start where you are
And just focus on progress.
And before you know it people will be looking at you thinking I’m not sure I’m fit enough to do that, but you probably won’t notice because you’ll be too busy looking at people ahead of you and wondering why you can’t do what the people ahead of you are doing..
Just start.
