Not seeing results? But trying hard? Try this

Not seeing results but trying hard?

This might sound odd..

But the interesting part?

If you are finding it hard and not seeing results?

  1. What you think is hard might not be the ‘hard’ part…

For example, for you?

Maybe it is easy to work ‘hard’ with the exercise…

And this makes the default response to be:

“Train harder”

When actually, we might need to do some of the REALLY hard things, like:

→ Get your steps in

→ Get in control of the picking

→ Plan your food better so you can stay on track even when you are stressed

→ Get to bed by a certain time (so you can keep muscle, help your hunger and feel more energised)

I could go on.

  1. You might just need to actually go and make it a little bit harder to make it easier

I get it. It sounds odd.

But what if working a bit harder and therefore seeing results actually made it feel easier as you can see the results

^^ read that again.

Either way, one ‘hard’ thing you can start today?

Putting your attention on what you are actually doing well (something we so often neglect then feel rubbish and focus on what we are doing wrong. No wonder we feel rubbish and then think F it)

As they say:

“energy flows where your attention goes”

If you’re always stuck on what went wrong…

What you didn’t do ..

You can’t expect to feel great.

You’re leaving confidence and energy on the table .

That’s why I ask the question so often:

“No matter how big or small, what were your 3 most significant wins this week?”

Here’s just some of them:
