but you know the part we don’t see?
–> The sessions the clients have put in
–> Showing up when they don’t feel like it
–> The ‘I want to quit’ groans (that are fine, it is that pushing of the comfort zone)
I could go on
All things that allow you to look back and say:
“I did that, I made that happen”
But let’s face it…
It’s more than just an event
✅ It’s the community, fun and support
✅ It’s starting where you’re at and surprising yourself about what you can do (as Jennifer talks about)
✅ It’s challenging yourself and actually enjoying it (even if you feel a bit low and like you’re not fit enough when you start, as Helen talks about)
Whether it’s to get back up and down from the floor, improve your mobility, do a fitness event, drop a few dress sizes, improve your flexibility, get stronger or simply get more energy and the spring back into your step with a new routine that works…
The key part is getting started.
And going at your pace.
(It’s a marathon, not a sprint)
Whether that means starting with low intensity and Back To Basics, adding in some Pilates, Yoga and Tai Chi, and / or building in the full body muscle strength and cardio, the key part is the doing …
And that’s also why, we make it as personal (with our one to one, couples, or small group personal training) or as convenient (where you can do it all from home) as you like.
^^^ in fact, some women here started all from home to build up their confidence..
