Hear me out.

I often get asked:

“Is my metabolism just slow?’

“Do I need to find out if I have a food intolerance?”

“Should I check my blood sugar levels to see what foods will work for me?”

I could go on.

Truth is?

We get overwhelmed.

We try and do many different diets at once. 

And get more confused than ever.

Why?

As they will often tell you to do different things..

Like 

‘Don’t eat too many beans and legumes if you have IBS’

Then you hear

“Eat lots of legumes and beans to help your blood sugar levels’

I could go on.

But you know what I also see?

The time between people

JUMPING off the bandwagon

And getting back on it

Being the BIGGEST cause of so called failure. 

If it is not perfect, then we think F it…

Truth is?

If you can shorten the time between jumping off the bandwagon and getting back to it?

You will get better results. 

In other words..

Your strive for PERFECTION

Actually stops you getting results

And you miss out on IMPERFECT action 

^^ which is the type of action that will get you the results you want

So keep this with you this week…

If you can’t do 10,000 steps? Do 8000

If you can’t do your 30 minute workout? Do 10 minutes

If your meeting ran over and you don’t have time to cook, what’s the best choice you can make?

I could go on.

It is these little decisions

That you do on your busiest most stressful day

which helps you get the results you want.
