🏋️♂️ What’s The Best Workout Schedule:
Time, Duration, and Frequency 🏃♀️? .
I prefer to go by the minimum you CAN actually do.
Get into a routine of DOING the minimum you can do.
After all, the biggest benefit comes from starting.
And what if we could get the results we want doing less than we thought?
Wouldn’t it be fun to find out?
Either way, doing something is always better than doing nothing, whilst justifying doing “nothing” by saying “that won’t do anything” / that won’t make a difference.
So write down:
- What is the minimum you can do this week?
- Do it at a time when suits you, whether morning , daytime or evening, the key part is you do it
- You will always fit the task to the time. If you only have 20 minutes, just do 20 minutes, if you have an hour, and want to do an hour? Do an hour. For me? I like to do 10 sets of pull ups every day and then 2x 30 minute workouts. Thing is though, if you told me I had to do 1 hour? I would either faff around more in my workout or say “I don’t have time”
