It might have looked a bit like this
🎅 you try to enjoy yourself but be mindful on Christmas Day
😮 step on the scales the next few days and notice the damage
🥳 you then think “sod it, if the scales are going up anyway may as well just have everything”
😧 we then jump on the scales today and see the damage
🫣 Before reading a “quick tip” “fad diet” to start to get quick results
😀 we try it for a few days and it works
👀 but only because ANYTHING you do will work after the last week of thinking “sod it” as long as you eat a bit less
😮 however, that fad diet is so much harder to stick to
😢 and it comes a vicious cycle of start and stop
📆 Only for February to arrive and you’re struggling to think you can stick to anything 😞
That’s when you’ll probably be told your metabolism is broke
Or
You need to stop eating blueberries as they spike your blood sugar levels
^^^ yep, a well know programme told someone that (creating pointless food aversions and anxiety around any carbs and sugar levels)
So remember
It’s a marathon not a sprint.
Want a more sustainable approach?
Our 100 Day New Year Programme opens up soon
