Meet Hilary
Hilary joined as she knew it was the time to do something about her weight and fitness.
Hilary had tried personal training and the slimming clubs before, but never had the support to lose the weight.
Despite being anxious about her first session, after seeing how it was all adapted to you so you didn’t like a failure, the “rest is history”
Hilary is now playing football with the Grandson, get up and down from the floor, run and up down the stairs and is finding tasks like dog walking much easier.
Getting into the habits with the nutrition support alongside the training sessions has helped Hilary lose 2.5 stone and down from a size 16 to a size 12.
