Not sure if it is the best time to start?

I get it.

It’s Christmas

There are nibbles…

Mince pies

Purple Quality Streets (the best one, as chosen by…..me) 

Surely it is easier in January?

Maybe, yes.

But by saying this,

Are we saying that what we are planning on doing does not work if we are busy and we have social events?

If yes?

Is this sustainable? 

But also consider this:

1- If you can do it now, when can’t you do it?

2- Just because there are more temptations with food around, it doesn’t mean you cannot progress. After all, at Fruci Fit, we talk about Food, Fitness and Focus. So given the importance of the fitness element, the muscle strength, bone density etc…what a great opportunity to start doing the muscle strengthening and fitness work. Even if you are not in a calorie deficit, we may as well put these calories to good use, and build on our fitness and strength work, right?
