“I just need a routine”
Ever said that?
Turns out, most people already have one, it’s just done subconsciously…
So here’s two ways to start to create a new routine.
Simple? Yes.
Easy? No.
I’ll be honest, I used to just look at some of these things like “breathing” and think “not for me”, looking for a shinier object.
One thing I have learnt?
It’s those small, seemingly insignificant to things which add up to transformational results.
