50% greater risk of hip fractures

“growing problem in an ageing society and can trigger debilitating health conditions and a loss of quality of life” – James Webster, a researcher at the University of Leeds

Who have recently done a study finding that:

“Both men and women who follow a vegetarian diet face a 50% greater risk of a hip fracture compared to people who regularly eat meat,”

What’s interesting about this…

Vegetarians were 17% less likely to meet minimum protein requirements

(not even the optimal requirements for muscle mass)

Now, this does not mean a vegetarian diet is ‘bad’…

But what it does mean..

Is that we should always consider the NUTRIENTS we are short of

By excluding foods.

Whether the excluded foods are meat, fish, eggs, dairy or even vegetables…

So you know which types of foods we can replace them with to suit your needs, whether they are physiological or ethical.

And this is where a personalised approach allows you to optimise for YOU..

Just like we do inside our Kickstart programme.

Specifically for women 40+, 50+, 60+, and 70+..

Who want a plan and accountability to do the things they probably know they need to do…

Message me with ‘Kickstart’ and I will get you the details.
