Female Selflessness and Why you don’t have to spend hours in the gym to lose weight

Happy Easter! I may not be the Easter bunny, but today I do have another surprise for you 🙂

Don't worry, I'm not here to tell you to eat protein chocolate eggs or anything like that...

So what am I going to bore you with today?

Glad you asked...

Because one of the most common things I see when working with busy women is that you have so LITTLE time for themselves.

Spinning many plates at once (pun intended) - work, domestic work at home, food, shopping, child care and caring of elderly parents.

In fact, the average working day for a women with children (even if they're not kids anymore) starts at 6:23am and finishes at 8:31pm...

And there's more: 46% of women believed it was their sole responsibility to support the family.

I get it. I mean, how Mrs Fruci remembers to do all the little things that make everything in our household tick over, I don't know.

Maybe it's a female thing?

And it’s exactly why we look for the ‘low hanging fruit’ in my Sexy in 60 Slim Down

So you can make sustainable changes that you can STICK to so you actually keep the weight off

It could be anything from redesigning your kitchen (yes, this is actually SOMETIMES a lot better than even thinking about your diet….)

To eating more of certain foods that give you more energy, help tone you up and stop you feeling ravenous and clearing out the fridge 'After Eight'...

But to help you today, I've got a surprise for you:
