Loved this win from last week
2 seemingly pointless things..
Which add up to transformational results..
1- Doing something when you don’t feel like it..
2- Leaving food on your plate when you are full
^^ even if you were brought up to finish your plate (I get it too coming from an Italian family. Nonna would say “I won’t bother cooking anymore, you don’t eat it” after I have just eaten 5 plates of meatballs and pasta haha)
And what I love about these?
You can do both of these wherever, whenever.
Even if you are not in control of the food you are having.
Even if you are on holiday..
Even if you are busy..
