When everything goes wrong

So the other Friday was one of those days.

The school pick-up, football run, then cricket, all three kids in the car. I’d packed plenty of snacks, water – thought I had it all sorted.

And then…

The baby squeezed yoghurt all over himself.

One kid stepped on the raspberries I’d packed for the baby (yep, think raspberries stepped into the floor).

Then one of the water bottles got knocked over, spraying sparkling water  everywhere..

My first reaction?

Put the water spraying out to my mouth to buy me some time to think.

I got the kids to get their water bottles and I directed the water spraying out into their bottles

I’m not going to lie – I was getting a bit flustered.

But in that moment, I remembered something

-sometimes, you’ve got to laugh.

It’s the same with fitness, right?

Sometimes life throws yoghurt, raspberries, and fizzy water at you all in one go.

And you think it’s “all gone wrong”

^^ but it actually hasn’t “all” gone wrong..

You miss a workout.

You have a day where everything goes wrong.

You feel like you’ve fallen off track.

But the quicker you can smile, reset, and focus on the next step, the better.

No matter how small that next step is..

That’s what we help you do in the 28 Day Kickstart.

Not to be perfect.

Just to keep going.

One step, one workout, one better choice at a time.

– For women 40+, 50+, 60+, 70+ and beyond

– For those who pretty much know what to do but need the plan, support and accountability to actually do it

If that’s you, just message with ‘Kickstart’ and I’ll get you the info.
