Going from ‘Why am I doing this?” to “I can’t believe I did that!!
Even the days in the run up..
Many messages questioning whether they can do it…
“Will the weights be too heavy?”
“What if I am not fit enough?”

The results?
There were smiles and tears (of joy) and a massive sense of achievement for all.

And here are the levels of what you can do:
FruciRox is an event that will enable you to challenge yourself. Working solo or in pairs (depending on which level you enter. We will speak with you about this to confirm) you will undertake 8 exercises which will be interspersed with a run (or walk) in between. Your pace is the right pace.
The distance of the run (or walk) is also dependent on the level you enter and ranges from 250 metres to 1k. The challenge is designed so that ANYONE of any fitness level can participate – as always it’s you vs you and about having fun! It’s also a good opportunity to see how far you’ve come.

*8k Singles OR 8K Doubles *Options – 8 exercises (plus 8 x 1k run inbetween). If Doubles, you get to divide all 8 exercises any way you want (playing to your strengths) for a total of 8 exercises shown below. If singles you do it all.

*4k Doubles Option* – Run (or walk) 500 metres together inbetween 8 exercises, but you get to divide all 8 exercises any way you want (playing to your strengths) for a total of 8 exercises shown below, with 8 x 500 metre runs / walks equalling 4k. If you can’t find a partner, still book for a challenge and we’ll help find you one!
