Luckily for me, on the days where I’m on daddy day care duty, my daughter naps for around 2 hours in the morning.
But one thing she needs?
A blanket to hold. Any blanket will do. But just something to hold. For comfort.
And it begs the question (to my weird mind, anyway):
Is it the ‘blanket’ that provides the ‘comfort’ or is it the thoughts about the blanket providing the comfort?
^^^ Don’t worry, I’m not asking a 15 month old baby this question….
And the reason I bring this up is because I want to challenge you to see what happens when you start to ‘think about your thinking’…
Question whether they way you think actually sets you up to fail, either way…
And this is why I want to show you how to separate the FACTS from your FEELINGS…
You see, one of the ladies I work with on my Fit For Life Body Transformation Programme was ‘kicking herself (and me lol)’ for not being 100% on it last week.
Even though it was a HECTIC week. Nights away with work. Remote locations with $#*! menus (their words, not mine haha)
But despite all of this….just the next day…
I received this awesome message:
“Just thought u should know I appear to have “misplaced” some weight which is incredible given how tough this week has been.

So, my advice for you today?
even if you’re not 100% on it…who cares?
If you’re bettER than you were?
That is all that matters.
Give yourself credit for this and have a little look in the mirror along the way 🙂
