What happens if I miss a week?
A question I get a lot:
Good news — missing a week doesn’t mean you’ll lose progress.
At Fruci Fit, we make it flexible:
- You can move sessions around (do an extra before you go, or catch up after).
- You’ll still get the same number of sessions across the month — and often people come back feeling stronger after the rest.
- Or, if you’d like, you can do home workouts while you’re away (we’ll send you one).
And if all you do is walk, relax, and enjoy your time off? That’s great too. A bit of downtime can actually help with recovery and motivation.
The key thing: You don’t have to wait for the “perfect time.” Life will always throw holidays (yep the C word will be used before you know it…in fact, we will be promoting the Fruci Fit Christmas Shenai event this week), work, and family commitments your way — and our Kickstart is designed to work with that.
