What happened to Hazel
“Seeing is believing”…
This couldn’t be more true for Hazel…
Despite the 2 stone loss and whopping 26 inch loss…
There were times where Hazel couldn’t see her success.
And I get it.
We are our worst critic..
But it’s great Hazel took some posture pictures to look at the difference:

I could go on..
And noticing these wins
