“Do you use machines? What equipment do you use? Are machines better, I see so many different machines I get confused knowing what to do”

So thought I would do a quick video to summarise for you

Just like with this nutrition stuff where one minute it seems no carbs is best but the next no carbs is bad because of your thyroid…

The exercise can be overwhelming too..
