Meet Sue  👋   

Sue joined Fruci Fit to ditch the on / off dieting and all or nothing mindset around food and exercise. 

Sue had tried lots of diets before but after joining us in Lockdown 2, Sue

has changed her body shape, lost 1.5 stone and 11.5 inches, and has transformed her mindset around ‘dieting’ and eating out.

Sue is also now doing exercises she never thought she could do
