Nothing magic.
Just a few simple things I can repeat.
1. Water first thing
I have water and creatine in the morning.
The creatine is not a magic instant energy drink, but taking it consistently can support training and strength.
The useful part for me is habit stacking it with something I already do.
Coffee.
That means I am much more likely to remember it.
And it gets some water in before I realise it is lunchtime and I have survived entirely on coffee.
2. Move in the morning
This might be my knee rehab.
It might be ten minutes of cardio.
It might be one of our short From Home sessions that I am doing live for everyone at home at Fruci Fit.
It does not have to be a perfect hour.
Doing something changes my state, gets me moving and gives me that little win early in the day.
3. Get outside
Fresh air and daylight can make a big difference to how alert I feel.
As the mornings and evenings get darker, it becomes very easy to spend the whole day going from the house to the car to work and back again.
Even a short walk outside can break that up.
None of these things replaces sleep.
And none of them guarantees you will bounce around all day like you have had six coffees.
But they are simple things I can control.
And done consistently, they help.
If your energy, routine or exercise has slipped, you do not need to overhaul everything at once.
Start with one small action you can repeat.
Our next 7 Day Trial starts on Monday 5th October.
It is £10 for the week and you can try up to three coach-led sessions in Marlborough, Chippenham, Devizes or From Home.
