“That’s pointless.”

“It won’t make a difference.”

A bit like the third-place playoff on Saturday.

England won 6-4.

And I get it…

It’s probably a horrible game to play when you want to be in the final.

Some people might even say:

“What’s the point?”

But I can almost guarantee they felt pretty good afterwards.

Ten goals.

A thriller.

A win to finish.

And England’s best finish since 1966.

Suddenly, it doesn’t feel quite so pointless.

And it’s a bit like exercise.

“A one-minute workout won’t make a difference.”

“What’s the point in doing five minutes?”

“A little walk at lunchtime isn’t enough.”

“I need to do an hour.”

“I’ll do it properly when I’ve got more time.”

Maybe in September…

But it’s amazing how quickly you can change the way you feel by doing something.

Even if it’s less than you think you need.

One minute.

Five minutes.

A short walk.

One better meal.

One session this week.

It might not be Plan A.

It might not even be Plan B.

But it’s something you can do today.

Try it and see.

Does it make you feel a little better?

If not, at least you know.

If it does?

Great.

Because sometimes the thing that feels too small to matter…

Still makes a difference.

Our Fruci Fit 7 Day Trial started on Monday.

But you can still join us later this week.

£10 for the week.

Try up to 3 sessions in Marlborough, Chippenham, Devizes or From Home.

Even if you only manage one?

That’s still one more than none.

Message or comment “TRIAL” and I’ll send you the details.
