So I thought I’d share a question from last nights Q and A on late night snacking.

But in short (er): 

First, take a look at your overall diet and see if you’re eating enough throughout the day. Restricting or fasting during the day could be causing the late night cravings. 

Adjust your calorie intake accordingly and see if that helps. Aka try to actually eat more in the day with structure. Sit down when you eat. 

Also, try implementing a nighttime routine to distract yourself from snacking. Do you have a rule such as dinner and done?

And finally, make sure to have satisfying snacks planned if those late night cravings hit. Being planned = less willpower 😀
