Short on time & not sure where to start?

I have been speaking to a lot of people recently and a common theme seems to be along the lines of:

→ I’m really busy

→ I’m too nervous and not sure where to start or what I can do fitness wise. What if I can’t do it? Is this right for me?

→ I just need to be told what to do…
