A quote that was in my head at the weekend when at Hyrox (a fitness completion). I knew looking at the times it was going to be close whether we got a personal best or not.
And I couldn’t help but think of the regret I’d have if I didn’t just push through and get that
personal best.

After all, it’s hard now but it’s also hard to have regret. Regret you didn’t push that little bit more or give your all.
And it’s the same when it comes to diets, health and fitness…
As hard as it sometimes …
Remember that it’s going to be hard anyway.
So you may as well choose the hard that gets you the results you want
