Suitable for those who wish to focus their Pilates practice at a lower intensity, or for those at the beginning of their Pilates journey. This class is perfect for moving the body gently – while still providing an effective workout. Progressions and modifications will be offered where required. Benefits include muscle strength, flexibility, core strength, balance & posture.
Intermediate / Advanced Pilates: 5- Week Programme starting Friday 25th April 1pm:
Suitable for those who have previous experience with Pilates, and are looking to continue their practice at an intermediate to advanced level. Sessions are designed to continue to improve your muscle strength, flexibility, core strength, balance & posture – often with the use of Pilates equipment.
(All equipment required will be provided).
