Huge well done to everyone who took on the Longevity Games at the weekend!
We saw so many come out of their comfort zones, surprise themselves (in the best way), and most importantly — have fun.
There were plenty of smiles (even in the rain), and the support from the Fruci Fit community was, as always, amazing — cheering each other on every step of the way (despite the rain)



As always, the focus then shifted straight to…
- Giving yourself a pat on the back (we don’t do this enough. This is where confidence lives. You only get confidence from evidence.
- Stretch (yes, this is me reminding myself too…I need to stretch more as well)
- Getting your protein in — be it mackerel or another protein source…
And if you’re reading this thinking, “I could never do that…”
So did so many of the Fruci Fit crew there on the day…
And they’re now planning their next event..
One of which will be the FruciRox event we hold (next one is September)…
