– Act based on how you want to feel rather how you currently feel —
In other words, you can STILL take action without motivation…
And if you want to feel better?
You sometimes have to do things you don’t want to do…
And sure,
I can’t say this tactic will 100% work for you
But what I do know
Is that it 100% won’t work for you if you DON’T take action…
And by action…
It doesn’t have to be a big workout..
It could be a 1 minute workout (like we do at Fruci Fit, like this exercise here https://frucifit.com/quick-and-easy-1-minute-leg-strengthener-for-when-youre-busy-no-equipment-needed/
A walk
Or a dance 🙂
Something is always better than nothing.
And it sure does add up…
