From tired, low on energy, and out of breath just walking short distances.
Emma knew something had to change.
But like many others…
wasn’t sure where to go..

Fast forward 6 months…
She’s lost weight, feels stronger, and is full of energy again.
Her body shape has changed. Her confidence has grown.
And she’s enjoying more time with family with more movement and not being out of breath when walking up the cliffs on holiday

You don’t need hours in the gym (as Emma said, sessions are 30 minutes)
You don’t need to give up your favourite foods (we want you to focus on feeling good)
You don’t need to do it alone (as Emma said, we work with women 40+)

Our 28-Day Kickstart is specifically for women 40+ who want to:

– Get in shape (whilst having fun…if that is possible. I don’t even know. But we at least try to have fun haha)
-Feel more in control of food (without guilt. I mean, if you want an Easter egg, eat it and enjoy it at least)
-Feel supported, and actually enjoy it (maybe. I am trying here. We hope you enjoy it but at least enjoy the results from being fitter and stronger haha)
