It’s grey.
It’s cold.
It’s wet.
Most people I speak to have vitamin D at home.
But not everyone actually takes it.
We know this time of year we don’t get enough from sunlight (The UV rays are not strong enough)
And even if UV rays were high enough, we’re wrapped up when we are outside.
We know food alone (even mackerel) won’t cut it unless you’re eating a lot of it, very consistently (not many people eat enough mackerel, apart from me, perhaps).
So the advice is straightforward:
supplement.
You knew that already, right?
And yet… it often stays in the cupboard.
That gap between knowing and doing is everything.
And it’s exactly the same with fitness.
Any diet can work.
Any training plan can work.
But it only works if you actually do it.
That’s why at Fruci Fit we’ve never been obsessed over fancy machines…
We’d rather put the effort into:
• coaching
• support
• accountability
• form
• paying attention to the person in front of us
And flexibility to attend sessions at different times of the day to you can overcome whatever life throws at you..
Even if it means training from home..
And even with this stuff, we are always looking to improve. Because we know this from experience:
