Change your environment so that highly filling and satiating foods are convenient.
Eg.
Chopped carrots, peppers, celery, cucumber, gherkins to go with something easy like cheese? (probably make the cheese go further)
Protein shake?
Cooked chicken?
Boiled eggs?
0% Greek yoghurt with some berries ?
Apple?
Orange?
And ask:
What’s the alternative if you don’t have these handy?
And it doesn’t have to be perfect.
