“It’s not working”

It’s easy to conclude ‘It’s not working’.

And maybe it’s not?

But the exciting part?

Just how much you can achieve in ONE week.

Don’t believe me?

Every week, I post my 3 wins in our private group (something we do inside the 28 Day Summer Kickstart. Reply with ‘Summer’ and I will get you the details) 

Mine were these:

  1. First park run with the kids
  2. Started running again to the studio in AM
  3. Back to daily meditation

And ask everyone in our group to share their most significant wins, no matter how big or small.

Why?

Well, energy flows where your attention goes.

It is super easy to focus on what you have NOT done.

But by doing this?

You leave confidence on the table.

It’s something I do every day with my kids.

In fact, i get them to now write it down, and draw a picture of it. 

They enjoy it and it is a great habit to get into to build confidence and the ability to put your attention on what IS working 

(otherwise you will just constantly focus on what is negative and not working)
