It’s easy to forget how powerful the small things are…

But I got 2 messages the other day which reminded me of how powerful they are

It’s really easy sometimes to overlook the progress you are making.

Especially if you JUST focus on the scales (more on that another day).

That progress with your habits which make everything else easier — moving, energy, mood, confidence, even motivation.

And it all starts with that first step.

It’s easy to think you need the perfect plan to start.

The truth is?

You just need to start..

And I don’t ask this lightly. From working with thousands of people in the NHS in diabetes, Public Health, Fruci Fit etc…

I see the power of even someone doing what they said they would do for ONE week to have such a difference in someones mental and physical health. Then it becomes a baseline to build on 🙂 

That’s where you have to meet us half way and actually start..
