It could be better

Something I've noticed after writing my book, Shift: Simple Guide To Helping Busy Ladies Think Differently and Get Their Bodies Back, and now my Vegan Diet Shift book...

Is that no matter how long it takes me to write it and get it out there?

I'll ALWAYS be a little bit dissatisfied. 

I'll always find something. I think its my personality. Coming from a 'perfectionist', disordered eating background, it was literally ALL or NOTHING. 

And this even after I've received great feedback from the ladies who've read my books and achieved amazing results on my Body Transformation Programmes. 

Why am I sharing this with you today?

Well, I guess what I'm saying is that if you're dissatisfied with where you are now...

You may as well be dissatisfied with what you've done and know that you've tried. 

Because the best part?

The feedback gives you the breakthroughs to get better results, learn what works for you with your nutrition and fitness and get amazing results. 

So, my advice to you?

Do SOMETHING that takes you closer to your goals. 

As the saying goes:

"The road to someday leads to the town of nowhere"
