I had two really good conversations last week that I wanted to share with you.
One person asked me:
“Matt, I can only exercise once a week… is it even worth it? I’m not sure I can make the most of it?”
and I’m like a broken record with this —
well, let’s clone you.
One of you does 52 workouts a year.
The other does zero.
Who’s going to feel better, move better, and probably have more energy?
(Pretty sure the one that’s done something wins every time.)
Then someone else asked me about weight loss — saying, “Is half a pound a week even enough?”
When we zoomed out, half a pound a week is 26 pounds in a year.
Would you be happy with losing 26lbs a year?
That’s life-changing.
It’s just not very exciting in the moment.
But this is what most people miss.
Consistency over time > Perfection for a week.
It’s the small steps that add up.
And that’s exactly what the 28 Day Kickstart is all about.
Just helping you take that next step — whether it’s once a week or more.
If you want to get started, just message me with ‘Kickstart’ and I’ll send you the details.
