So I have had 3 conversations this week highlighting the power of doing SOMETHING rather than nothing.
Taking ‘imperfect’ action, as they say.
One of them was saying how they’re now fitting into their clothes better, trousers are fitting better.
And I don’t mean this in a negative way, but it’s from doing nothing special, just plodding along consistently, eating healthy most of the time, getting their two sessions in most of the time, being patient…
Rather than thinking “I’ve got to be on it”.
And it was a bit like this message below:


I mean, how many people would wait to start because they have [INSERT EVENT / TRIP / SOCIAL OCCASSION”]?
And the problem with this?
If you are saying that you can’t have any events, trips or social events to get results, are you saying you can’t have any to keep the results?
How sustainable is that?
Fact is, there will always be obstacles.
Sure, you might not being taking perfect action today…
That’s ok, you might just surprise yourself about how much progress you can make
(or rather, how you don’t go backwards)
