Someone said this to me as she was getting ready to start our 7 Day Trial.
She had been following us for a while and trying to get going on her own.
Then she thought…
“I’m just going to do it now.”
One of her questions was:
“Is half an hour really enough?”
My first question back was:
“How much are you doing at the moment?”
Because an hour at the gym is not automatically better than a focused, coach-led 30 minutes.
You can spend an hour deciding what to do, waiting for equipment or working at an intensity that is not really challenging you.
Even I am guilty of this.
Or simply not going because life gets in the way…
There is nothing wrong with that from time to time.
But 30 minutes where you show up, know what you are doing and give it your best can be incredibly useful.
No matter how busy I am, if I exercise, I get time back through better productivity, energy and clarity of thinking.

And if you want to do more?
If there is space in the next session, you can stay for a double.
You might do Muscle & Strength followed by Stretch, Pilates or Yoga.
The second session does not use another one of your weekly sessions.
It is not about doing the maximum every day.
It is what you do on average that counts.
What can you stick to when life is busy?
That may even be a 15 minute workout From Home 🙂
Our next 7 Day Trial starts on Monday 5th October.
It is £10 for the week and you can try up to three coach-led sessions in Marlborough, Chippenham, Devizes or From Home.
Tomorrow never comes… but Monday 5th October does.
And you do not have to start on a Monday. We have sessions every day.
Comment TRIAL or send me a message and I’ll send you the details.
