I want to stop treating myself with chocolate…

I always seem to treat myself with chocolate & WANT to stop?

^^ key word you WANT to stop…after all, chocolate is absolutely fine (good to hear with Easter on the horizon)

2 Questions:

  1. What else could you treat yourself to? Non-food related? Here are suggestions from others:

→  a bath

→  Keep tabs on how much money you save from not going to the garage to get some chocolate and get yourself something you want at the end of the month

→ Flowers

→ Wash my hair

→ do my nails 

→ dance

→ meditation

Whatever makes you feel good. After all, everything we do, we do to change the way we feel…
