I prefer to do it with women

Today, I'm going to be take about 12 ladies into a room...

Once I get them warmed up? They're going to want to take their clothes off.

The reason?

It's Monday! And every Monday, I take the members of my all ladies Shift Personal Training and Nutrition System through a flab-u-less workout 

As a result?

They may get a bit hot and sometimes take their jumpers / coats off. (what did you think I was talking about?)

The best part though, is hearing how most of the ladies actually tell me they look forward to it. Something that NONE of them would have predicted before. 

(which makes me feel really good. Not going to lie. As if you enjoy it, you will get better results and that's the MAIN thing ladies come to me for)

You see, despite most of the ladies training with me 1-2 times a week (some 3 times), most of them used to hate 'exercise'.

But it's great how they've now discovered that exercise CAN be 'fun' (and that you don't have to jump up and down, go to a gym, and crawl out of the room to think you're going to lose fat and tone up)

And speaking of exercise being fun...
