Yep, me too.

Here’s the difference between those that succeed and those that don’t…

You see, both have to get ‘back’ to it…

There will be times where you are less on it and more on it.

That is life. 

In fact, I was chatting to one of the ladies this week who plans her week around this.

So she can enjoy her social events

And have them a PART of the plan.

But the difference?

The ones that succeed

Know what ‘getting back to it’ actually means.

Rather than just saying:

“I need to get back to it”

Hear me out.

Most people don’t know what a ‘good day’ looks like

So constantly just battle with not being ‘good enough’..

Of course, you are not going to be ‘good enough’ if you haven’t defined what ‘good enough’ actually means.

And you can end up comparing yourself to your oldself 

Many 20 years younger

Thinking ‘ I used to do that’

“I should be able to do that”

The truth is,

We are where we are NOW.

For that to change?

You have to change.

No matter how small.

It’s the direction that counts.

So my advice for you today?

  1. Define what getting back to it means? (drinking 2 litres of water, doing a workout etc.)
  2. Make it SPECIFIC : “I will drink 2 litres of water by having a glass of water before each meal”
  3. Track your wins and progress << the alternative is that you are constantly focussed on what you have done wrong….
