Tired.
Bit groggy.
Lacking sleep form the night before as my car batter died..
Results in q jump start… Getting a new battery fitted and a later night than planned.
^^ funny how I suddenly found 2 hours to get to a garage to get it sorted. Needs must. The things we do for a car batter and the things we don’t do for our own batter
If it’s not kids… it’s cars.
If it’s not cars… it’s work.
If it’s not work… it’s life.
Obstacles are on the way not in the way (as they say)…
Something is always there.
So the other morning…
I really didn’t fancy it.
But I did one of our Fruci Fit sessions anyway in Devizes.
And afterwards?
– More energy
– Better mood
– Glad I did it
And that’s the bit people don’t believe…
“Exercise gives you energy.”
Because at the time…
It feels like the last thing you want to do.
But unless you’re genuinely overdoing it…
It nearly always gives you more back than it takes.
Sometimes you’ve just go to start. Even for
3 minutes.
Give yourself permission to stop after that.
Worst case?
You’ve done 3 minutes.
Which is still better than nothing.
Best case?
You keep going.
That’s how consistency is built.
Not by being perfect…
But by starting.
